Super-Sub was engaged by the partnerships team at Cricket NSW on behalf of Thunder sponsor, HomeWorld. My task was to run a workshop designed to arrive at a commercial and creative strategy for the partnership to support the plans moving forward. Under ‘lockdown’ conditions, the group came together, shared insights, goals, measures and barriers. Through a coordinated format, we developed a consistent strategic approach that would become the bedrock of the brands upcoming activity for W/BBL season ‘21/’22.
