Toll Aeromedical Helicopter

Super-Sub were engaged by Toll Group in relation to the NSW Ambulance Helicopter property. I was required to provide guidance through the form of a board paper as to the context in the industry and the opportunities available to Toll for the ongoing utilisation of the asset. By leveraging an external expert, I was able to provide impartial advice and identify areas that may have otherwise not been explored.
